Who needs a snooze button when you’ve got a gorgeous sunrise, a fun-loving family, and the Marina Bay skyline as your backdrop?

The family came ready to play—snuggles, giggles, and a couple of pre-coffee dance moves on the Helix Bridge. We wandered from the ArtScience Museum to the waterfront promenade, soaking up those buttery golden-hour rays and snapping frame-worthy moments along the way. Even the Merlion seemed impressed.

As a family photographer in Singapore, I’m all about turning ordinary mornings into magical memories—and this sunrise shoot did exactly that. There’s something extra special about catching those first rays of light while the city slowly wakes up around you. Plus, early shoots mean you’re done by breakfast and still have the whole day to explore!
